Langston and Lorenzo have become very good friends. They look forward to the family gatherings in Soileau. This was Joyce's first visit to Soileau. She really enjoyed the visit during this holiday.

The springtime is my favorite time of the year. I am studying Afro-Carribean cultures. I am curently focused on the Creoles of Lousiana and the Carribean. Additionally, the island of Cuba has been a recent focus of study. I believe there is much to learn from the islands and their relationship to Louisiana lifestyle.
