WWOZ is the official radio station for the Jazz and Heritage Festival. They offer benefits to individuals that donate to the operation of the radio station. My favorite benefit is the Brass Pass membership level. The most cherished benefit is unlimited entry to the Jazz and Heritage Festival for each day of the festival. This tent is known as The Oasis. Inside this area, members have the opportunity to enjoy fresh fruit, water, iced coffee, bathroom facilities and a clean environment that is known for beautiful people. Many festival performers stop by and they will chat with most anyone. The radio station conducts live broadcasts here as well. Internet access is available to anyone that may need it. My daughter and I join at the Brass Pass level each year and we look forward to the benefits of the Oasis daily.
